We loved the central location in the heart of the city, close to public transportation and a variety of shops. The cleanliness of the room was great, and the hotel facilities were adequate for our needs. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Entrance and corridors are a bit old. We found some stuff from the last visitors which were still in one of the drawers and were not removed during cleaning! The bathroom didn't had a heater and it was cold most of the times. No fridge/minibar and the promised daily mineral water was not renewed the second day!

The hotel offers great value for money. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the central location in the city center of Kassel. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, providing excellent service. The rooms, although not fancy, are comfortable and come with a balcony, which is a nice bonus. Plus, they are always kept very clean, which is impressive.

Large, clean room with original decor. Convenient central location. Good breakfast with excellent location near city centre and tramway. Friendly and responsive staff with good wifi. Spacious business room with daily water.

Nothing could have been better.

The staff was very helpful with all requests which was really appreciated. If it weren't for the staff this hotel would really be grim. Very uncomfortable rooms. Barest of amenities.

The recently renovated rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all amenities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet is tasty and offers a good selection of dishes.

Our Rooms were on the second floor of the Oberkoningsstrasse and on a main tram route. It was extremely noisy with traffic and very difficult to get a good night's sleep, even when the window was closed. It was impossible to change rooms because the hotel was fully booked. The advantage of the hotel is its central location, within walking distance of the key sites for the Documenta exhibition. I would advise travellers to ask for a quiet room at the rear of the hotel, when booking. The decor is looking a little worn

The hotel had a great location in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the Christmas markets and nearby attractions. The friendly staff was a standout feature, always willing to help with any questions we had. We also enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the lobby and common spaces.

The rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating and refreshing. We also found that noise from other guests and the street outside penetrated the walls too easily, making it hard to sleep at times.
